Zoom.ai

Case Study

AI assistant startup Zoom.ai needed to build out their acquisition funnel with content that both explained their new-to-market product — an automated assistant to book your meetings and handle other tasks — and communicated its value to worker productivity.

Working closely with their marketing head and other team members, I assisted Zoom.ai in generating topics for blog posts and an enterprise-focused eBook, executed these projects with detailed and effective research and writing, and made quick revisions based on client feedback.

Additionally, I ghostwrote several oped-style articles that appeared in major online business-tech publications like Gigaom, TechSpot and Information Week.

You can read some of my Zoom.ai blog posts on leveraging workplace AI and how AI can help software adoption, and read the eBook I wrote on how AI software tools can turbocharge employee productivity.

I hired Will to work with me during the first year of my time at Zoom.ai. Will is wonderful to work with and truly has a way with words. He easily and masterfully weaved great pieces of content at all stages of the marketing funnel and helped us create our content marketing strategy when we were first starting off. He also was instrumental in creating contributed content that helped us establish our brand as an expert.

His writing is approachable and engaging and his insight on our content and audience helped increase inbound leads and educate our target market. Through his years of experience, he understands the SaaS landscape and his writing background helps him approach every piece without bias. Will is a jack-of-all-trades and a delight to work with – given the chance, I would work with him again in a heartbeat.
