Bauhaus Toronto, a major new condo build on Toronto’s emerging King East, needed to support unit sales by driving website traffic that converted into leads.

I supported this project’s success with a paid Facebook ads campaign targeting key demographics interested in new-build condos downtown. Messaging was created and revised to reflect the audience and brand position of the building.

The ads drove significant traffic and conversions, with continued growth in conversions across several months of the paid campaign.
